I say buy now because NAR studies show that house values at their lowest since 2003! That means that the number of properties out there for sale are for sale below market value! If you have the right agent, you should be able to find an awesome deal! On a place to live or an ivestment. Buy to resale or keep it and rent it out! The point is, if you LOVE awesome deals, BUY NOW!
