WordPress has thousands of themes to choose from that could potentially be a great fit for your real estate blogsite.   We find that there are only a handful of themes that agents choose over and over.  They tend to be simple 2 or 3 column themes with blog updates running down the middle/main column and a right or left sidebar.  For most real estate agent blogsites this format allows agents to present updates and listings easily.

By using WordPress themes as a starting point the launch of a new blogsite is much more cost efficient.  If your brand requires a more unique approach then going the completely custom route is always a possibility.  The cost difference between a starting theme and a custom theme can be anywhere between 2x and 10x that of a standard theme but with this comes a strong unique presence.
